    I am analyzing the way I teach in light of what I have learned I will probably continue to teach in much the same way some of which is prescribed by my District My blood pressure has reached new highs while I read this book According to one essay, that was critical of this thinking I wasn t aware that this theory even was remotely conceived, it is my fault that my child doesn t go to church and believe the literal truth of the Bible word for word because I did not teach her to read using a stricly phonics approach Gee whiz, I just did it Some phonics, some comprehension, some analytical thinking, etc I really did want her to think for herself and by golly, she does So maybe I made the right choice.Anyway, I digress I tend to teach my students to re...
